管道缺陷截面形状与漏磁信号关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 该文基于漏磁检测的基本原理,采用有限元法构建了二维缺陷漏磁检测仿真模型,应用ANSYS软件对矩形、梯形及阶梯形截面的缺陷进行模拟仿真研究。结果显示,梯形截面形状缺陷,其信号径向分量绝对值随着梯形截面斜率减小而减小,轴向信号波峰宽度随着斜率增大而增大;阶梯形截面形状缺陷,相比矩形截面缺陷和梯形截面缺陷,轴向信号波峰宽度和径向信号幅值较小,径向信号可近似反映阶梯状缺陷阶梯边缘。研究结果可为油气管道漏磁检测缺陷反演提供参考。 In this paper,based on the basic principle of magnetic flux leakage detection,the simulation model of two-dimensional defect magnetic flux leakage detection is constructed by finite element method,and the defects of rectangular,trapezoidal and stepped sections are simulated and studied by using ANSYS software.The results show that for the trapezoidal section shape defect,the absolute value of the radial component of the signal decreases with the decrease of the slope of the trapezoidal section,and the peak width of the axial signal increases with the increase of the slope.Compared with the rectangular section defect and the trapezoidal section defect,the axial signal peak width and radial signal amplitude are smaller,and the radial signal can approximately reflect the step edge of the stepped defect.The research results can provide reference for defect inversion in magnetic flux leakage detection of oil and gas pipelines.
