基于数字物联的住宅适老化改造项目研究

近年来,我国人口老龄化趋势愈发严重,失能、半失能老人人数逐年增加,生活起居和日常照料问题日益突出。为响应“积极应对人口老龄化,大力发展普惠养老服务网络,推进公共设施老龄化转型”的国家战略,本项目在住房适老化改造的基础上,从老年人的角度,在日常生活辅助、监护设备和心理设计等方面,分析家具产品的功能和可操作性,提出指定住宅“适老化”改造的措施。与此同时引入数字技术,探索物联网平台在适老化场景中的应用,以作为一种住宅适老化改造的方向。

In recent years,the trend of population aging in China is becoming more and more serious,the number of disabled and semi-disabled elderly is increasing year by year,and the problems of daily life and daily care have become increasingly prominent.In response to the national strategy of"responding to the aging of the population,developing the inclusive pension service network,and promoting the aging transformation of public facilities",the present project is based on the aging transformation of housing,and from the prospective of daily life assistance,monitoring equipment and psychological design,this paper analyzes the function and maneuverability of furniture products and puts forward the measures of"seniors-friendly"transformation of designated housing for the sake of the senior citizens.At the same time,this paper introduces the digital technology to explore the application of the Internet of Things platform in the"seniors-friendly"scene,as a direction of residential aging transformation.
