燃气轮机气路故障诊断技术探讨 被引量:1

摘要 燃气轮机在我国的工业领域中应用十分广泛,其具有较高的安全系数,且运行过程中有着良好的稳定性和可靠性,产热性能优异且体积小。然而,在燃气轮机的实际运行中却仍会出现一些气路故障,对其运行性能产生不利影响,因此,该文从燃气轮机技术概述、燃气轮机的常见气路故障现象、燃气轮机气路故障的诊断思路及预防和燃气轮机气路故障的常用诊断技术4方面详细讨论如何有效改善并解决燃气轮机运行过程中常出现的典型气路故障,保证燃气轮机的稳定运行,为企业带来最大化的经济效益。 Gas turbine is widely used in the industrial field of our country,which has high safety coefficient,and has good stability and reliability in the operation process,and excellent heat production performance and small size.However,in the actual operation of gas turbines,there are still some gas circuit faults,which will adversely affect its operation performance.Therefore,This paper discusses in detail how to effectively improve and solve typical gas path faults that often occur in gas turbine operation from four aspects:overview of gas turbine technology,common gas path fault phenomena,prevention and diagnosis ideas of gas turbine gas path faults and common diagnosis techniques of gas turbine gas path faults,so as to ensure the stable operation of gas turbines and bring maximum economic benefits to enterprises.
