睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者应用可调节式热敷装置护理干预的效果 被引量:2

Effect of Nursing Intervention with Adjustable Hot Compress Device on the Dry Eye with Meibomian Gland Dysfunction

摘要 目的分析睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者在常规护理措施基础上应用可调节式热敷装置进行干预的效果。方法将2021年3—10月解放军联勤保障部队第九一〇医院眼科收治的96例睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者随机均分为对照组(常规护理措施和常规按摩)和观察组(基于常规护理措施联合热敷按摩),每组48例,比较两组护理前和护理后(护理后15 d)泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、睑缘评分(LMS)、角膜荧光素染色(FLS)评分、症状评分的统计学差异,比较两组护理满意度的统计学差异。结果护理后,观察组BUT、LMS高于对照组,FLS和畏光、充血、疼痛感、异物感评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.01)。结论与常规护理措施和常规按摩相比,调节式热敷装置能更好地改善睑板腺功能障碍性干眼症患者的临床症状,缩短BUT。 Objective The effect of using adjustable hot compress device on the basis of routine nursing measures in patients with meibomian gland dysfunction xerophthalmia was analyzed.Methods With the random division of 96 patients with meibomian gland dysfunction xerophthalmia admitted to the ophthalmology department of Chinese People’s Liberation Army Joint Logistic Support Force 910 hospital as the control group(routine nursing measures and routine massage)and the observation group(based on routine nursing measures combined with hot compress massage),the statistical differences of tear film rupture time(BUT),eyelid margin score(LMS),corneal fluorescein staining(FLS)score,symptom score and nursing satisfaction between the two groups before and after nursing(15 days after nursing)were compared,in the case of 48 patients in each group.Results After nursing,compared with the control group,BUT and LMS in the observation group were higher,while FLS,photophobia,congestion,pain and foreign body sensation scores were lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction of observation group was higher than that of control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.01).Conclusion Compared with routine nursing measures and massage,the adjustable hot compress device can better improve the clinical symptoms of meibomian gland dysfunction dry eye patients and shorten BUT.
