两种服务模式在地市级医院医用耗材精细化管理中的应用与评价

The Application and Evaluation of Two Service Models in The Delicacy Management of Medical Consumables in Municipal Hospitals

作为省级区域医疗中心建设单位的地市级医院,往往存在科室医用耗材库存压力大、临床高频次打欠条领取医用耗材等问题,导致医院出入库手续烦琐、库房管理工作量大、资金流紧张、临床服务患者效率下降等突出矛盾。该研究通过将医用耗材供应链管理系统(SPD)引入地市级医院,并与医院信息系统(HIS)协同应用,实现了医用耗材零库存管理及统一配送;通过校验库存,实现了HIS系统医嘱消耗计费;通过比较分析引入新模式前后耗材使用相关数据指标,并对医用耗材精细化管理及其效果进行评价,为医用耗材审批、采购、计费、降低耗占比等科学决策提供了有力支撑。

The problems such as high stock pressure of medical consumables,and high frequency payment of IOUs for medical consumables exist in the municipal hospitals as the construction unit of the provincial regional medical center,,which lead to the prominent contradictions such as the complex procedures of entering and leaving the hospital,the heavy workload of warehouse management,the tight flow of funds,and the decline in the efficiency of clinical service for patients.In this study,the zero inventory management and unified distribution of medical consumables were realized by the introduction of the medical consumables supply chain management system(SPD)into municipal hospitals,and the collaborative application with the hospital information system(HIS);HIS system medical order consumption billing was realized by verifying inventory;The powerful support was provided for scientific decisions such as approval,purchase,charge,and reduction of consumption proportion of medical consumables,by comparative analysis of relevant data indicators of consumables before and after the introduction of the new model,and evaluation of delicacy management of medical consumables and its effect.
