乡村产业振兴评价指标体系构建与实证研究——以山东省为例

Study on the Construction of Index System and Empirical Analysis of Rural Industry Revitalization——Taking Shandong Province as an Example

产业振兴是乡村振兴的物质基础,乡村产业的发展对发展农村经济、提高农民收入、加快城乡一体化进程有着重要的意义。从农业生产与销售、乡村休闲旅游、生态环保、产业主体培育、财政、金融支持与农业科技支撑6个方面,选择21个指标构建山东省乡村产业振兴评价指标体系,并利用层次分析法进行评价。结果显示,山东省乡村产业总体发展较好,其中重大涉农项目入库数量、农作物良种覆盖率等最接近目标值,而农产品网络销售、乡村旅游实现消费则离目标值较远。

Industry revitalization is the material basis of rural revitalization,the development of rural industry has great importance on the development of rural economy,the increase of farmers’ income and the integration of urban and rural.To construct the evaluation indication system of rural industry revitalization,21 indicators are chosen from six different aspects including agricultural production and marketing sales,rural leisure tourism,ecological environment,cultivation of industrial subject,fiscal and financial support,and agricultural science and technology support.AHP is used.The results show that the development of rural industry of Shandong province is generally good,the quantity of major agriculture-related projects and the coverage of good strains of seeds are close to the target values,the online sales of agricultural products and the rural tourism income are far from the target values.
