社区文艺组织助力乡村文化振兴:态势、困境与对策——以山东省新型农村社区为例

Cultural and Artistic Groups from New-type Rural Communities Help Rural Culture Revitalization:Trends,Dilemma and Countermeasures——Taking the New Rural Communities in Shandong Province as an Example

社区文艺组织作为乡村文化振兴在新型农村社区中的内生动力,是乡村振兴必不可少的重要力量。当下山东省各地新型农村社区文艺组织蓬勃发展,类型多样,数量众多,但整体上来看,还存在着缺少行政牵引力、参与居民素质水平低、缺乏专业指导、行为不规范等问题。若想社区文艺组织在乡村振兴战略下实现创新性发展,应从行政、道德、内容、行为方面完善新型农村社区文艺组织的牵引力系统,并进一步从产业融合、丰富内容、专业指导和艺术展演四个方面激发社区文艺组织的内生动力系统,如此方可实现社区文艺组织助力乡村文化振兴的稳定动力引擎。

As the endogenous driving force of rural cultural revitalization in new rural communities,community arts and culture organizations are an essential and important force for rural revitalization.At present,new rural community arts and culture organizations are flourishing in various parts of Shandong Province,with a variety of types and a large number of them,but on the whole,there are still problems such as lack of administrative traction,low-quality level of participating residents,lack of professional guidance and irregular behavior.To help community arts and cultural organizations to achieve innovative development under the rural revitalization strategy,we should improve the traction system of new rural community arts and cultural organizations in terms of administration,morality,content and behavior,and further stimulate the endogenous power system of those organizations from four aspects:industrial integration,enrichment of content,professional guidance and artistic exhibitions.
