古巴共产党第八次代表大会以来古巴社会主义发展的新态势及其前景

New Trends and Prospects of Cuban Socialism since the Eighth Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba

古巴共产党第八次代表大会以来,在古巴共产党的坚强领导下,古巴社会主义发展呈现了诸多新态势:古巴共产党对内全面加强党的建设,持续推进社会主义经济模式“更新”,大力推进民生和社会治理工程;对外继续深化与中国的传统友好关系,致力于团结“拉美一体化”国家,不断拓展多边外交关系。在新形势下古美关系“破易立难”,通货膨胀和企业转型将成为古巴共产党最大的经济挑战,遏制意识形态颠覆活动将成为古巴共产党的工作重点。

Since the Eighth National Congress of the Communist Party of Cuba, under the strong leadership of the Communist Party of Cuba, there are many new trends in the development of socialism in Cuba: the domestic policy is to strengthen Party building comprehensively, promote the “renewal” of the socialist economic model continuously, and advance the project of improving people′s wellbeing and social governance vigorously;and the foreign policy is to deepen its traditional friendly relations with China continuously, unite the integrated Latin American countries, and expand multilateral diplomatic relations continuously. Under the new circumstances, it is easier to break the relationship between Cuba and the United States than to establish it. Inflation and enterprise transformation will become the biggest economic challenges for the Communist Party of Cuba. Curbing ideological subversion will become the focus of the Communist Party of Cuba.
