计及差异化负荷条件的制冷机组节能控制研究

摘要 为积极响应国家节能减排的号召,实现公共建筑节能,从能耗占比较高的空调系统入手研究节能控制策略。由于过渡季与制冷季高峰时期末端所需冷量有较大区别,因此分2种场景进行研究。在低负荷条件下充分利用管道冷冻水蓄冷的方式间歇运行制冷机组,避免机组频繁启动和停止,缩短运行时间,从而降低系统能耗;在高负荷状况下通常需要多台机组联合运行来满足末端冷量需求,对于这种场景可优化分配每台机组所承担的负荷,使机组部分负荷率增加,从而提高制冷系统整体性能。基于遗传算法求解各机组的最优部分负荷率,使系统处于最佳节能运行状态。该策略和常规依靠运行人员经验进行顺序控制的策略相比,节能效果有了较大提升。 In order to actively respond to the call of national energy conservation and emission reduction, and realize the energy conservation of public buildings, this paper studied energy conservation control strategies from the air-conditioning system with high energy consumption. Due to the great difference between the cooling demand of user side during the transition season and the cooling season, this paper studied the energy saving strategy in two scenarios. Under the condition of low load, the refrigerating unit can be operated intermittently by making full use of the pipeline water storage mode, which can avoid frequent start and stop of the refrigerating unit, shorten the operation time and reduce the energy consumption of the system;under high load condition, multiple refrigerating units are usually required to operate together to meet the terminal cooling demand, for this scenario, the load provided by each refrigerating unit can be optimized to increase the part load ratio, so as to improve the overall performance of the refrigeration system. The genetic algorithm was used to solve the optimal part load ratio of each unit, so that the system was in the optimal energy-saving operation state. Compared with the conventional sequential control strategy based on the experience of operators, the energy saving effect of this strategy has been greatly improved.
