近采空区掘进巷道围岩支护优化研究

摘要 马道沟矿13307回风巷邻近采空区掘进,发现原有支护锚杆(索)预紧力偏小、支护构件组合不匹配、围岩强度低以及煤柱小等是导致巷道围岩变形量过大的主要原因。根据13307回风巷现场情况进行锚杆(索)支护测试,并根据测试结果对锚杆(索)预紧力进行优化,提出采用全锚索方式对围岩进行支护,并对支护优化方案进行设计。现场应用后,巷道围岩支护用的锚杆(索)受力稳定,未出现失效问题;巷道顶板、巷帮变形量较小,可满足使用需要。 13307 air return roadway in Madaogou Mine is driven near the goaf. It is found that the low pretightening force of the original support bolt(cable), the mismatched support component combination, the small surrounding rock strength and coal pillar are the main reasons for the excessive deformation of the roadway surrounding rock. According to the on-site situation of 13307air return roadway, the anchor bolt(cable) support test was carried out, and the pretightening force of the anchor bolt(cable) was optimized according to the test results. The full anchor cable method was proposed to support the surrounding rock, and the support optimization scheme was designed. After field application, the bolt(cable) used for roadway surrounding rock support is stable in force, without failure;the deformation of roadway roof and sides is small, which can meet the needs of use.
