摘要 随着社会的进步和科学技术的不断创新,煤炭资源的需求量日益增长,煤炭行业也在为提升开采效率这一目标而进行了许多新的尝试。目前来看,中国煤炭行业的发展还有很大的进步空间,尤其是在国家大力号召绿色煤矿的大趋势下,降低洗煤成本提高洗选效率成为行业发展的主流。为此,以煤炭行业多年发展的历史轨迹为依据,结合目前煤矿生产中的高精尖技术,对煤矿生产中的洗煤环节进行了深度探析,对生产中的问题进行了记录和讨论,找出洗煤工作环节的内在规律,并进行分析和探究,提出建设性的指导意见,制定科学有效的生产流程,从而在不影响洗煤工作效率的前提下最大程度地降低洗煤成本,提高煤矿企业的经济效益,以期对煤炭产业的发展有所帮助。 With the progress of society and the continuous innovation of science and technology, the demand for coal resources is growing day by day. The coal industry has also made many new attempts to improve the mining efficiency. At present, there is still much room for progress in the development of China’s coal industry, especially under the general trend of the country vigorously calling for green coal mines, reducing the cost of coal washing and improving the efficiency of coal washing have become the mainstream of industry development. For this reason, based on the historical track of the development of the coal industry for many years, combined with the high-grade, high-precision, advanced technology in the current coal mine production, this paper made a deep analysis of the coal washing link in the coal mine production, recorded and discussed the problems in the production, found out the internal laws of the coal washing work link, and analyzed and explored them, put forward constructive guidance and formulated a scientific and effective production process, so as to reduce the cost of coal washing to the greatest extent without affecting the efficiency of coal washing, and improve the economic benefits of coal mining enterprises, with a view to helping the development of the coal industry.
