基于自适应粒子群的含分布式电源配电网多目标规划

摘要 由于配网负荷的波动性,导致配电网在运行期间的无功负荷较高,造成了资源浪费,为此提出基于自适应粒子群的含分布式电源配电网多目标规划研究。结合可避免负荷和可转移负荷构建的配网负荷需求模型,将配网可执行功率参数作为粒子的寻优空间,以配网负荷需求模型的输出作为目标函数执行粒子寻优,并且设置了以储能装置成本最小化为基础的适应度函数,以此对寻优结果进行约束,实现对含分布式电源配电网多目标规划。测试结果表明,设计规划方法下配网的无功负荷输出的最大值和最小值分别为62.44 kW和14.37 kW,可以实现对配电网资源的合理管理,提高能源的有效利用率。 Due to the fluctuation of the distribution network load,the reactive load of the distribution network is high during the operation period,resulting in a waste of resources.Therefore,a multi-objective planning study of the distribution network with distributed generation based on adaptive particle swarm optimization is proposed.Combined with avoidable load and transferable load,the distribution network load demand model takes the executable power parameters of the distribution network as the particle optimization space,takes the output of the distribution network load demand model as the objective function,performs particle optimization,and sets the fitness function based on the minimization of the cost of energy storage devices,so as to constrain the optimization results and realize the multi-objective planning of the distribution network with distributed power.The test results show that the maximum value and minimum value of reactive load output of distribution network under the design planning method are 62.44 kW and 14.37 kW respectively,which can realize the rational management of distribution network resources and improve the effective utilization rate of energy.
