摘要
信息物理系统的深度集成为动态远程配电网的管理提供了技术支持,远动开关(Remote Controlled Switch,RCS)可以隔离故障,减少故障区域,实现遭受极端事件后配电网失负荷损失最小化。通过开发可靠的优化配置模型,并在规划阶段完成了RCS配置,以减少极端事件后的配电网损失。经过验证,RCS优化配置与运行方案可以显著提升灾害场景下的配电网弹性,减少供电负荷损失量。
The deep integration of cyber-physical systems provides technical support for the management of dynamic remote power distribution networks,Remote Controlled Switch(RCS)can isolate faults,reduce fault areas,and realize load loss of distribution networks after extreme events minimize.The RCS configuration was completed during the planning phase by developing a reliable optimal configuration model to reduce distribution network losses after extreme events.It has been verified that the optimized configuration and operation scheme of RCS can significantly improve the flexibility of the distribution network in disaster scenarios and reduce the loss of power supply loads.
