一种宽温应用的近正弦载波发生器设计方法

摘要 针对宽温应用难觅低成本且频率可调的正弦发生器这一问题,提出一种基于单片机脉冲宽度调制(Pulse Width Modulation,PWM)内部功能模块和压控电压源二阶带通滤波电路实现的近正弦载波发生器。该发生器分为PWM信号发生器、带通滤波器、信号调理电路3部分,能够产生近正弦信号,作为通信系统的受调载波使用。实验数据表明,该设计方法所产生的近正弦信号具有频率稳定可控、宽温适用的特点。 Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to find a low-cost and frequency-adjustable sine generator for wide-temperature applications,a new neartysinusoidal carrier generator based on the internal function module of Pulse Width Modulation(PWM)of single chip microcomputer and the second-order band-pass filter circuit of voltage-controlled voltage source is proposed.The generator is divided into 3 parts:PWM signal generator,band-pass filter,and signal conditioning circuit.It can generate nearly sinusoidal signal and use it as the modulated carrier of the communication system.The experimental data show that the nearly sinusoidal signal generated by this design method has the characteristics of stable and controllable frequency and wide temperature application.
