摘要
针对西门子公司新推出的S7-1200 PLC,介绍其实现与第三方设备的Modbus通信过程。根据工业自动化现场通信过程中所需满足的实时性、可靠性等要求,提出部分优化方案。方案探讨了基于Modbus协议多站点通信的调度策略、调度优先级、数据访问读写策略及读写策略的优化方向等问题,并对Modbus协议在工业自动化领域应用的优缺点进行了深入探讨。
This paper introduces the Modbus communication between Siemens S7-1200 PLC and the third party equipment.According to the problems of real-time and reliability in the field communication of industrial automation,some optimization schemes are proposed.The scheduling strategy,scheduling priority,data access read-write strategy and optimization direction of read-write strategy based on Modbus protocol are discussed,and the advantages and disadvantages of Modbus protocol in the field of industrial automation are deeply discussed.
