通信机房安保监控平台的搭建

摘要 通信是电力系统的第二支撑网,是电力网安全运行的重要保障。为了保障通信机房安全,运行机房安保监控显得极其关键。当前通信机房站点多、区域范围广、运维班组成员紧缺等现状,导致难以实现全面管控通信机房。使用通信机房安保监控系统可以有效解决上述问题,实现监护进入通信机房工作的本班组人员或外包施工单位人员有效管控人身作业风险和设备误触与误碰风险。保安监视系统可以向区域调度值班员提供通信器室内的实时监控,便于值班员及时发现机房异常情况。基于通信机房安保监控的需求,搭建了通信机房安保监控平台。该平台可全面监控和管理网络数据的设置、机房的通信电源状况、温度湿度情况、烟雾火警、水浸情况以及红外入侵探测等,实时监控机房内设备的状态参数和运行情况,有效缓解人手不足和维护成本高的问题,同时保证电力通信系统运行的安全性和可靠性。 Communication is the second support network of the power system,is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the power network,so communication room security operation monitoring appears to be extremely critical.The current status quo of more sites in the communication room,the wide area,and the shortage of operation and maintenance team members is difficult to achieve comprehensive control,while the communication room security monitoring system can realize the work supervision of the personnel of this team or outsourced construction unit personnel who enter the communication room to work,effectively controlling the risk of personal operation and the risk of equipment mis-touching and mis-touching.In addition,after using this security monitoring system,it can provide real-time monitoring inside the communication server room to the regional dispatch duty officer and discover abnormal conditions in the server room in time.Therefore,the paper builds a communication server room security monitoring platform based on the demand of communication server room security monitoring,which can comprehensively monitor and manage the setting of network data,communication power condition in the server room,temperature and humidity condition,smoke and fire alarm,flooding condition,infrared intrusion detection and other server room equipment,and monitor the status parameters and operation of the equipment in the server room in real time,thus effectively alleviating the shortage of shift manpower and maintenance the problem of high cost,but also to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the power communication system.
