摘要
选用耐温优异的聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP),测试了其基础物理力学特性和耐环境特性,总结分析了FEP挤出内衬油管的服役工况适应性。结果表明,FEP挤出管的熔点高达255℃,具有良好的耐高温性能;拉伸强度达到28.0 MPa,断裂伸长率达到503.58%,基本性能能够满足内衬管需求;在模拟塔河油田的工况条件下,腐蚀前后的FEP样品外观未出现破损、变形现象;对比腐蚀前后FEP样品的力学性能,拉伸强度下降了6.8%,断裂伸长率上升了8.9%,硬度下降了6%,质量增加了1.6%。进一步分析对比腐蚀试验前后FEP样品的化学结构、结晶性能和微观结构,发现FEP样品腐蚀前后的官能团结构和晶体类型基本没有发生变化,腐蚀前后的拉伸断面粗糙程度略有变化,但其结构仍保持完整、连续,没有显著的缺陷。FEP挤出管在高温高压腐蚀介质的环境中具有优异的环境适应性,是一种适合运用于塔河油田井下耐高温的非金属材料。
Polyperfluoroethylene propylene(FEP)with excellent temperature resistance was selected,and its basic physical and mechanical characteristics and environmental resistance characteristics were tested.The adaptability of FEP extruded lining tub‐ing in service conditions was summarized and analyzed.The results show that the melting point of FEP extrusion tube is as high as 255℃,which has good high temperature resistance.The tensile strength reaches 28.0 MPa,the elongation at break reaches 503.58%,and the basic performance can meet the demand of the lining tubing.Under the simulated working conditions of Tahe oilfield,the ap‐pearance of FEP samples before and after corrosion is not damaged or deformed.Comparing the mechanical properties of FEP sam‐ples before and after corrosion,the tensile strength decreases by 6.8%,the elongation at break increases by 8.9%,the hardness de‐creases by 6%,and the mass increases by 1.6%.Further analysis and comparison of the chemical structure,crystallization perfor‐mance and microstructure of FEP samples before and after corrosion show that the functional group structure and crystal type of FEP samples don't change after corrosion.Before and after corrosion,the roughness of the tensile fracture surface changes slightly,but the structure remains intact and continuous without significant defects.FEP extrusion tube has excellent environmental adaptability in the environment of high temperature and high pressure corrosive media,which is a kind of non-metallic material suitable for un‐derground high temperature resistance in Tahe oilfield.
