鼻内镜下咽鼓管球囊扩张术治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎围手术期护理干预的效果观察

Observation of Perioperative Nursing Intervention Effect of Balloon Dilatation of Eustachian Tube Under Nasal Endoscope in the Treatment of Chronic Secretory Otitis Media

目的探讨围手术期护理干预对鼻内镜下咽鼓管球囊扩张术治疗慢性分泌性中耳炎效果的影响。方法抽选出126例慢性分泌性中耳炎患者作为对象展开研究,均于2021年3月至2022年3月在本院实施鼻内镜下咽鼓管球囊扩张术,围手术期根据系统抽样法分为两组接受不同的护理方案,其中归入试验组的63例患者进行围手术期护理干预,而归入参照组的63例患者进行基础性护理,比较两组术后恢复情况、并发症及护理满意度。结果术后经过3个月护理,试验组患者的Valsalva评分和ETDQ-7评分均低于参照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治愈率为74.60%,高于参照组的57.14%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术并发症方面,试验组发生率为6.35%,低于参照组的19.05%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理满意度方面,试验组满意率为93.65%,高于参照组的80.95%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性分泌性中耳炎患者在鼻内镜下咽鼓管球囊扩张术期间实施围手术期护理干预,能够辅助提升手术效果,改善咽鼓管功能,减少并发症,提高满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of perioperative nursing intervention on the treatment of chronic secretory otitis media by nasal endoscopic balloon dilatation of Eustachian tube.Methods Selected 126 patients with chronic secretory otitis media as the research object,from March 2021 to March 2022 in our hospital during the implementation of nasal endoscope down the tube balloon dilatation,perioperative sampling method is divided into two groups according to the system to accept different nursing plan,including into the experimental group,63 cases of patients with perioperative nursing intervention,the 63 patients in the reference group were given basic nursing,and the postoperative recovery,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two group.Results After 3 months of postoperative nursing,the Valsalva score and ETDQ-7 score of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The cure rate of the experimental group was 74.60%,which was higher than 57.14%of the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of surgical complications in the experimental group was 6.35%,which was lower than that in the reference group(19.05%,P<0.05).In terms of nursing satisfaction,the satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 93.65%,which was higher than 80.95%of the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention in patients with chronic secretory otitis media during nasal endoscopic eustachian tube balloon dilatation can assist to improve the operation effect,improve eustachian tube function,reduce complications and improve satisfaction.
