我院2019年新生儿肠外营养处方分析

Analysis of Neonatal Parenteral Nutrition Prescriptions in Our Hospital in 2019

目的了解我院新生儿肠外营养使用情况,进一步分析我院新生儿肠外营养处方的应用是否合理,倘若存在明显的不合理应用现象,则需经明确并统计现存问题,力求在最大程度上规范新生儿肠外营养的临床应用,对新生儿肠外营养支持治疗的安全性有所帮助。方法提取我院新生儿科2019年1月至2019年12月在静脉配置中心配置的TNA处方,并对处方的基本情况、用药种类、糖脂比、热氮比、各电解质浓度等进行统计,分析我院新生儿肠外营养处方的合理性。结果从试验结果来看,营养处方中的葡萄糖浓度控制合理,电解质浓度均未超过规范标准,18.10%的营养处方中糖脂比不合理,4.81%的营养处方热氮比不合理。结论我院新生儿的TNA处方总体应用较为合理,但仍有部分组分不当的情况,还有一些营养素的添加量需要在今后的工作中进一步研究探讨。

Objective To understand the use of neonatal parenteral nutrition in our hospital,further analyze whether the application of our neonatal parenteral nutrition prescription is reasonable,if there is obvious unreasonable application phenomenon,we need to be clear and statistical existing problems,and strive to maximize the clinical application of neonatal parenteral nutrition,helpful to the safety of neonatal parenteral nutrition support treatment.Methods The TNA prescription allocated in the venous configuration center from January 2019 to December 2019 was extracted,and the basic information of the prescription,medication type,sugar-lipid ratio,heat-nitrogen ratio,and concentration of each electrolyte were calculated to analyze the rationality of neonatal parenteral nutrition prescription in our hospital.Results According to the experimental results,the glucose concentration in nutrition prescription was reasonable,and the electrolyte concentration did not exceed the standard standard,18.10%and 4.81%thermal nitrogen ratio was unreasonable.Conclusion The overall application of TNA prescription in our hospital is reasonable,but there are still some components of improper use,and some nutrients need to be further studied in the future work.
