地屈孕酮与桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗痛经的前瞻性对照研究

A Prospective Controlled Study of Dydrogesterone and Guizhi Fuling Capsule in the Treatment of Dysmenorrhea

目的探讨痛经患者采用地屈孕酮与桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗的应用效果。方法采用前瞻性对照研究,选取2020年5月至2021年9月我院收治的痛经患者共计110例,根据随机摸球法分成A组(n=55)与B组(n=55),A组采用地屈孕酮治疗,B组采用桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,对两组临床疗效、痛经程度和持续时间、中医症状积分、性激素水平、生活质量进行比较。结果A组治疗总有效率较B组明显更高(96.36%vs.81.82%)(P<0.05);治疗后两组严重程度和持续时间评分明显降低,且A组较B组明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后两组腰酸胀痛、手脚冰冷、腹泻明显降低,且A组较B组明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后两组卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、促黄体生成素(LH)明显降低,且A组较B组明显更低(P<0.05);治疗后两组情感职能、生理职能、精神健康明显提高,且A组较B组明显更高(P<0.05)。结论地屈孕酮应用于痛经患者治疗中,可提高临床疗效,降低痛经程度和持续时间,改善临床症状、性激素水平,促进生活质量提高。治疗效果优于桂枝茯苓胶囊。

Objective To explore the effect of dydrogesterone and guizhi fuling capsule in the treatment of dysmenorrhea.Methods A prospective controlled study was conducted.A total of 110 patients with dysmenorrhea from May 2020 to September 2021 admitted in our hospital were selected,and by the random ball touching method,divided into group A(n=55)and group B(n=55).Group A was treated with dydrogesterone,while group B was treated with guizhi fuling capsule.The clinical efficacy,dysmenorrhea degree and duration,TCM symptom score,sex hormone level and quality of life were compared of the two groups.Results Compared with group B(81.82%),the total effective rate in group A(96.36%)was higher(P<0.05).After treatment,the severity and duration scores of the two groups were decreased,and group A was lower than group B(P<0.05).After treatment,lumbar acid and pain,cold hands and feet,diarrhea in the two groups were decreased,and group A was lower than group B(P<0.05).After treatment,FSH,E_(2) and LH in the two groups were decreased,and group A was lower than group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the physiological function,emotional function and mental health of the two groups were improved,and group A was higher than group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Dydrogesterone in the treatment of dysmenorrhea patients can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the degree and duration of dysmenorrhea,improve the symptom and sex hormone level,and improve the quality of life.The therapeutic effect is better than that of guizhi fuling capsules.
