心理护理干预对胃癌患者疼痛、睡眠质量及生活质量的影响分析

Analysis of the Effect of Psychological Nursing Intervention on Pain,Sleep Quality and Quality of Life in Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的在胃癌患者的护理中,利用心理护理进行干预,并分析对患者疼痛、睡眠质量以及生活质量的影响。方法选取60例胃癌患者作为研究对象,分组方式为随机,对照组采用普通护理,观察组采用心理护理干预,将两组的疼痛程度、睡眠质量、生活质量、心理状态进行对比。结果对两组胃癌患者分别实施相应的护理干预后,对其进行全方位的评估,将相应的数据进行整理对比,结果显示,从结果中可以看到观察组人员护理后,其疼痛程度分值明显低于对照组,在睡眠质量以及生活质量的对比中可以看到对照组的分值处于较低水平,从护理后心理状态来看,观察组的改善幅度要大于对照组的数据(P<0.05)。结论对于胃癌患者来说,强化心理护理有助于提升护理效果,日常生活质量和睡眠情况均可得到改善,机体的疼痛感可得到缓解,心理状态也处于较好的水平,提升患者的治疗依从性,促进症状的缓解,协助患者获得较好的护理效果。

Objective In the nursing of patients with gastric cancer,psychological nursing was used to intervene,and the effects on pain,sleep quality and quality of life of patients were analyzed.Methods Sixty patients with gastric cancer were selected as the research objects,and the grouping method was random.The control group was given general care,and the observation group was given psychological nursing interventon.The pain degree,sleep quality,life quality,and psychological state were compared.Results After carrying out corresponding nursing intervention,the two groups of patients with gastric cancer were evaluated comprehensively,and the corresponding data were collated and compared.From the results,it can be seen that the score of pain degree in the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that in the observation group.From the comparison of sleep quality and quality of life,it can be seen that the score in the control group was at a lower level.From the psychological state after nursing.The improvement range of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gastric cancer,strengthening psychological nursing can help to improve the nursing effect,improve the quality of daily life and sleep,relieve the pain of the body,and keep the psychological state at a better level,improve the patient's treatment compliance,promote the remission of symptoms,and help patients to obtain better nursing effect.
