舒适护理在痔疮手术护理中的效果及对SAS、SDS评分的影响

The Effect of Comfort Nursing in Hemorrhoid Surgery and the Influence of SAS and SDS Scores

目的分析舒适护理在痔疮手术护理中的效果及对负面情绪评分的影响。方法回顾性分析80例研究对象临床资料,研究对象来自2020年1月至2022年1月在本院接受手术治疗痔疮患者。按照临床护理模式不同将其分为基础组与舒适组,各40例,基础组行基础护理,舒适组实行舒适护理。通过统计分析两组排尿/便情况、疼痛情况、心理状态、舒适程度、医嘱遵从情况、安全性等来评价护理效果的差异。结果经护理干预后,舒适组首次排尿时间[(4.22±1.65)h]、首次排便时间[(46.36±6.25)h]、首次排便时长[(12.24±4.33)]min均短于基础组的(6.06±2.25)h、(50.65±7.57)h、(16.65±5.68)min(P<0.05);舒适组术后1 d、3 d、7 d疼痛评分分别为(4.78±0.66)分、(3.36±0.74)分、(2.64±0.65)分,均低于基础组的(5.11±0.32)分、(4.42±0.28)分、(3.45±0.55)分(P<0.05);舒适组焦虑(22.65±3.45)分、抑郁(24.66±3.85)分,均低于基础组的(30.35±3.58)分、(30.74±2.95)分(P<0.05);舒适组舒适度(88.55±8.45)分、医嘱遵从率(95.00%),高于基础组的(83.49±8.25)分、80.00%(P<0.05);舒适组并发症发生率为2.50%,与对照组的10.00%比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论痔疮手术护理中舒适护理措施的有效落实,对患者排尿/便情况、心理状态、遵医行为改善,疼痛缓解,舒适度提高,并发症风险减少等存在积极影响,可促进患者健康恢复,实现临床护理质量有效提升。

Objective To explore the effect of comfortable nursing in hemorrhoid surgery and its influence on negative emotion score.Methods The clinical data of 80 cases were analyzed retrospectively.The subjects were hemorrhoids patients who received surgery in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022.According to different clinical nursing modes,the patients were divided into basic nursing group and comfortable nursing group,with 40 patients in each group.The basic group received basic nursing,the comfort group received comfortable nursing.The difference in nursing effect was evaluated by statistical analysis of urination/defecation,pain,psychological state,comfort level,compliance with doctor's orders and safety of the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the time of first urination(4.22±1.65)hours,the time of first defecation(46.36±6.25)hours,and the time of first defecation(12.24±4.33)min in the comfort group were shorter than those in the basic group(6.06±2.25)hours,(50.65±7.57)hours,and(16.65±5.68)min(P<0.05).The pain scores(4.78±0.66),(3.36±0.74)and(2.64±0.65)on the 1st,3rd and 7th day after operation in the comfort group were lower than those of the basic group(5.11±0.32),(4.42±0.28)and(3.45±0.55)(P<0.05).The scores of anxiety(22.65±3.45)and depression(24.66±3.85)in the comfort group were lower than those of basic group(30.35±3.58)and basic group(30.74±2.95)(P<0.05).The scores of comfort(88.55±8.45)and compliance rate of doctors'orders(95.00%)in the comfort group were higher than those of basic group(83.49±8.25)and 80.00%(P<0.05).The complication rate was 2.50%in the comfort group,lower than 10.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The effective implementation of comfortable nursing measures in hemorrhoid surgery nursing has a positive impact on the improvement of patients'urination/defecation,psychological status,medical compliance behavior,pain relief,comfort improvement,and risk reduction of complications,which can promote patients'health recovery and effectively improve the quality of clinical nursing.
