摘要
山西乡宁焦煤集团台头矿为保障3204工作面回风顺槽围岩的稳定,采用FLAC^(3D)数值模拟软件进行锚固长度和预紧力对锚杆锚固效果的模拟分析,确定锚杆锚固长度为1.7 m,锚杆预紧力为80 kN。基于全长锚固支护的模拟结果,结合回风顺槽的特征,进行锚网索支护设计,确定锚杆锚固时先放置快速锚固剂,后放置慢速锚固剂,在慢速锚固剂凝固前施工锚杆预紧力;在工作面回采期间进行围岩变形情况的监测分析。结果表明:回风顺槽在现有支护方案下,顶底板及两帮变形量均较小,围岩处于稳定状态。
To ensure the stability of the surrounding rock in the return air entry of 3204 working face of Taitou Colliery,Shanxi Xiangning Coking Coal Group,FLAC3D numerical simulation software has been used to simulate and analyse the anchoring effect of the anchor rod by the anchorage length and pre-tightening force,the anchoring length of the bolt is determined to be 1.7 m,and the pre-tightening force of the bolt is 80 kN.Based on the simulation results of the full-length anchoring support,combined with the characteristics of the return air entry,the design of the bolt-mesh-anchor support is carried out,whose monitoring and analysis results show that:under the existing support scheme,the deformation of the roof and floor and the two sides of the return air entry are small,and the surrounding rock is in a stable state.
