白洞矿综采工作面智能化采煤技术应用 被引量:2

摘要 以白洞矿某工作面为工程实例,为了提高工作面采煤效率,决定采用智能化集中控制采煤技术;分析探讨了综采面三机配套、自动跟机移架和推溜、无人值守运输、水处理等关键技术;实践表明,在采用智能化采煤技术后,单班工作面的操作人员从15人减至5人,年节约人工成本750万元,开采自动化程度大幅提高,回采工效从189 t/工提高到227 t/工,生产效率明显提高。 Taking a certain working face of Baidong Mine as an engineering example,the intelligent centralized control coal mining technology is used to improve the coal mining efficiency of the working face,which reduces the operators in a single-shift working face from 15 to 5,saving the annual labor cost 7.5 million yuan,greatly improves the degree of mining automation,increases the recovery efficiency from 189 t/man to 227 t/man,and significantly improves the production efficiency.The paper analyzes and discusses the key technologies of the three-machine matching of fully mechanized mining face,automatic follow-up transfer and push-and-slide,unattended transportation,and water treatment.
