摘要
瑞龙煤矿近距离煤层下组工作面回采巷道围岩变形量较大。以该矿150108孤岛工作面为研究背景,采用理论分析、数值模拟等方法对工作面两侧的煤柱留设宽度进行了探讨;最终确定150108轨道顺槽与150107采空区煤柱宽度为25 m,150108胶带顺槽与150109工作面采空区煤柱宽度为20 m。通过现场应用并对两顺槽巷道进行矿压监测表明,巷道围岩稳定,顶底板移近量最大为95 mm,两帮移近量最大为132 mm,围岩变形较小,留设的煤柱宽度能够满足现场要求。
In view of the problem of large deformation of surrounding rock in the mining roadway in the lower working face of the close distance coal seam in Ruilong Colliery,taking 150108 island working face as the research background,the paper discusses the reserved width of the coal pillars on both sides of the working face by theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and other methods,and determines that the width of the 150108 track gateway and the coal pillar of the 150107 goaf is 25 m,and the width of the 150108 belt gateway and the coal pillar of the 150109 goaf is 20 m.The field application and mine pressure monitoring show that the surrounding rock of the roadway is stable,the maximum convergence of the roof and floor is 95 mm,and the maximum convergence of the two sides is 132 mm.The surrounding rock deformation is small,and the reserved coal pillar width can meet the site requirements.
