摘要
斜沟矿23111特厚煤层工作面计划采用预裂爆破切顶卸压沿空留巷技术,本文根据工作面具体条件及工程经验,设计了预裂爆破的各项技术参数,现场对顶煤顶板实施预裂爆破后,进行全面系统的矿压监测,分析了现场特厚煤层初采顶煤垮落情况、支架工作阻力变化、端头顶板垮落情况、临近巷道矿压显现状况等,结果表明,应用预裂爆破技术切顶卸压的沿空留巷安全、经济效果良好。
The extra-thick coal seam of 23111working face in Xiegou Coal Mine plans to adopt gob-side entry retaining technology for presplitting blasting roof cutting and pressure relief.Based on the specific conditions and engineering experience of the working face,this paper designs various technical parameters of presplitting blasting,and analyzes the collapse of the top coal in the initial mining of the extra-thick coal seam,the change of the working resistance of the support,the collapse of the roof at the end,and the condition of strata behavior in the adjacent roadway after the implementation of presplitting blasting,which proves that the gob-side entry retaining with presplitting blasting technology for roof cutting and pressure relief is safe and economical.
