摘要 因N1302工作面顶板不易垮落,导致初采期间悬顶面积过大、矿压显现剧烈;拟采用深孔爆破预裂技术对顶板进行弱化,并设计了相关钻孔参数;工程实践表明,采用顶板预裂技术后,顶板弱化效果明显,较相邻工作面基本顶初次来压步距减少11.2 m;有效保障了工作面初采期间生产安全。 In view of the problem that the roof of N1302 working face is not easy to collapse,which leads to the overhanging roof area being too large and the mining pressure appearing violently during the initial mining period,the author proposes to use deep hole blasting pre-splitting technology to weaken the roof,and designs relevant drilling parameters.The engineering practice shows that with the roof pre-splitting technology,the roof weakening effect is obvious,and the step distance of the initial pressure of the basic roof of the adjacent working face is reduced by 11.2 m compared with adjacent working face,which effectively guarantees the production safety during the initial mining of the working face.
