摘要
岳城煤矿主采15#煤层底板与奥灰顶部间距为12.73-39.92 m,底板承受的水头压力值介于1.38-2.70 MPa之间。为对岳城煤矿15#煤层薄弱区域的隔水层隔水性能进行判断,使用了粉煤灰、水泥粉煤灰、黏土粉煤灰等多种浆液对煤层进行打钻试注,之后再通过清水钻孔进行了耐压检验。最终注浆结果显示,注浆压力在6.6-7 MPa之间时注浆量最大,对比注浆站储浆池内清水液面标高,未见明显变化,因此判断钻孔内地层裂隙不发育,具有良好的隔水性。
The distance between the floor of 15#coal seam and the top of Ordovician ash in Yuecheng Mine is 12.73-39.92 m,and the head pressure under the floor is between 1.38 MPa and 2.70 MPa.In order to judge the water-proof performance of the water-proof layer in the weak area of 15#coal seam in Yuecheng Coal mine,fly ash,cement fly ash,clay fly ash and other grout are used to drill and test the coal seam,and then the pressure test is carried out through the clean water drilling.The final grouting results show that when the grouting pressure is between 6.6-7 MPa,the grouting amount is the maximum.Compared with the level elevation of the clear water in the grouting tank of the grouting station,there is no significant change.Therefore,it is judged that the cracks in the inner layer of the borehole are not developed and the borehole has good water isolation.
