摘要
通过对胶带输送机冷却系统进行研究,将冷却水直排方式改为循环方式,实现冷却水循环利用。循环冷却水系统保证了胶带输送机电机、减速机冷却效果,延长了电机、减速机使用寿命,而且还节约了水资源,降低了电能消耗,起到了节能降耗的作用。
The paper introduces the transformation of the cooling system of the belt conveyor by changing the direct discharge mode to the circulation mode to realize the cooling water recycling,which can not only ensure the cooling effect and prolong the service life of the motor and the reducer,but also save water resources and reduces power consumption,realizing energy saving and consumption reduction.
