摘要
基于Zohar机制模型,建立了煤矿安全文化氛围、心理资本和安全绩效之间的理论模型,通过独立样本检验法和单因素分析法,得到了安全文化氛围和安全绩效、安全文化氛围和心理资本、心理资本和安全绩效之间具有正相关关系,同时得到职工年龄、工龄对心理资本和安全绩效有明显影响。对各影响因素针对性地提出了对策,以提高安全绩效。
By establishing a theoretical model among safety culture atmosphere,psychological capital and safety performance based on the Zohar mechanism model,the paper determines the positive correlations between three factors mentioned and the influence of employees'age and length of service on psychological capital and safety performance,and presents the targeted countermeasures for the influential factors to improve safety performance.
