摘要
目的:探究中医加味补中益气汤在慢阻肺伴随呼吸衰竭患者的临床效果及睡眠质量的应用。方法:选取2021年12月至2022年7月福建省福能集团总医院收治的慢阻肺伴随呼吸衰竭患者75例作为研究对象,以患者住院时间顺序分为对照组(n=37)和观察组(n=38),对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上增加加味补中益气汤治疗。比较2组患者治疗效果、临床指标变化及睡眠质量情况。结果:治疗后,对照组疗效低于观察组(P<0.05);观察组血氧饱和度、血氧分压比对照组高,呼吸频率及二氧化碳分压比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠效率得分比观察组高(P<0.05)。结论:加味补中益气汤联合常规治疗可提高慢阻肺伴随呼吸衰竭患者的临床疗效,改善睡眠质量,利于快速预后,值得推荐。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect and sleep quality of modified Buzhong Yiqi decoction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) with respiratory failure.Methods:According to 75 cases of COPD with respiratory failure collected by Fujian Funeng group general hospital from December 2021 to July 2022,the patients were divided into two groups according to the sequence of hospital stays.The control group(n = 37) was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group(n = 38) was treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the basis.The clinical treatment effect,index changes and sleep quality of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the effect of the control group was lower than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The blood oxygen saturation and blood oxygen partial pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the respiratory rate and carbon dioxide partial pressure were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The sleep quality,sleep time,sleep duration and sleep efficiency of the control group were higher than those of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure,the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy,and sleep quality and facilitate the rapid prognosis.
