强化疼痛护理对围术期骨折患者焦虑抑郁与睡眠质量的影响分析

Effect of Intensive Pain Nursing on Anxiety,Depression and Sleep Quality of Perioperative Fracture Patients

目的:分析强化疼痛护理对围术期骨折患者焦虑、抑郁与睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年3月至2021年9月福建省泉州台商投资区医院收治的骨折患者100例作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组常规按需给予药物镇痛,观察组则给予强化疼痛护理,比较2组患者的护理效果。结果:观察组患者术后不同时间点的VAS评分,都显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理前,2组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。护理前,2组患者PSQI评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,观察组患者的PSQI评分显著低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:强化疼痛护理能够有效减轻骨折患者围术期的疼痛程度,从而缓解其焦虑、抑郁等不良情绪,显著提升其睡眠质量。

Objective:To analyze the effect of intensive pain nursing on anxiety,depression and sleep quality of perioperative fracture patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients with fracture who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to September 2021were randomly selected as the study sample,and they were divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given drug analgesia as needed,while the observation group was given intensive pain nursing.Results:The VAS scores of patients in the observation group at different time points were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in SAS score and SDS score between the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PSQI score between the two groups before nursing,P>0.05;The PSQI score of patients in the observation group after nursing was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intensive pain care can effectively reduce the perioperative pain of fracture patients,alleviate their anxiety,depression and other adverse emotions,and significantly improve the sleep quality of patients.
