康复护理干预对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的影响

To Evaluate the Effect of Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention on Sleep Quality of Schizophrenic Patients

目的:分析康复护理干预对精神分裂症患者睡眠质量的积极影响。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月泉州市第三医院收治的精神分裂症患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用康复护理干预,比较2组患者护理前后PSQI评分、SAS及SDS评分。结果:护理后,2组患者PSQI各维度评分及总分均降低,且观察组患者PSQI各维度评分及总分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);护理后,2组患者SAS及SDS评分均降低,且观察组患者SAS及SDS评分均低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:康复护理干预可有效改善精神分裂症患者的睡眠质量和心理状态,提升其生命质量,促进其病情康复,护理效果十分理想,值得推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the positive effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on sleep quality of schizophrenic patients.Methods:A total of 80 schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into 40 cases each,from January 2020 to December2021.The control group was treated with routine symptomatic nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with rehabilitation nursing intervention.The sleep quality scores before and after nursing and the bad mood scores before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the total scores of sleep time,sleep time,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,daytime function,hypnotic drugs and PSQI in the two groups decreased.At the same time,after nursing,the total scores of sleep time,sleep time,sleep quality,sleep efficiency,sleep disorder,daytime function,hypnotic drugs and PSQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(p<0.05);The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after nursing(p<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the sleep quality of schizophrenic patients,improve their psychological state and quality of life,and promote their rehabilitation.The nursing effect is very ideal,which is worthy of popularization and application.
