摘要 为满足社会日益增长的气象服务需求,毕节市气象局设计研发了毕节市大雾大风监测预警系统。该系统是基于气象大数据云平台(天擎系统)环境下开发,集监测、显示及预警等功能于一体的综合性业务系统,为适应当前业务流程,涵盖了数据处理与存储、图形生成与展示、监测预警和运行监管等功能,大幅度提升现行业务流程及其自动化程度。此外,该系统采用数据分组处理、趋势预判拟合及ECharts网页动态显示等技术手段,改进运行效率和服务能力。系统具有运行稳定、操作简单、内容全面和易维护等特征,投入业务应用后,一线业务人员工作量明显减小,基本满足当前业务需求,为用户在监测预警及防灾减灾工作中提供重要的能力支撑。 In order to meet the growing demand for meteorological services,Bijie Meteorological Bureau has designed and developed Bijie fog and gale monitoring and early warning system.The system is a comprehensive business system based on the meteorological big data cloud platform(Tianqing system),which integrates the functions of monitoring,display and early warning.In order to adapt to the current business process,it covers the functions of data processing and storage,graphics generation and display,monitoring and early warning and operation supervision,and greatly improves the current business process and its automation.In addition,the system adopts technical means such as data grouping processing,trend pre judgment fitting and dynamic display of echarts web pages to improve operation efficiency and service ability.The system has the characteristics of stable operation,simple operation,comprehensive content and easy maintenance.After being put into business application,the workload of front-line business personnel is significantly reduced,which basically meets the current business needs and provides important ability support for users in monitoring and early warning,disaster prevention and reduction.
