摘要
目的:评价不同抛光方向对全瓷部分贴面边缘表面粗糙度以及暴露树脂水门汀宽度的影响,为临床抛光提供参考。方法:在收集的离体牙中,挑选无龋坏,无磨耗且釉质光滑完整的前磨牙20颗,牙体预备后,制作IPS E. max Press部分贴面。部分贴面粘接完成后,用金刚砂车针进行边缘线的修整,然后使用EVE Diapol TWIST抛光工具,按照抛光方向从牙体组织到全瓷部分贴面方向和从全瓷部分贴面到牙体组织方向对同一部分贴面的两条边缘线进行抛光,标记为T-C组和C-T组。通过激光显微镜和扫描电镜及色散能谱,记录并分析全瓷部分贴面边缘的微观形貌、表面粗糙度及树脂水门汀暴露宽度。结果:T-C组的表面粗糙度值要小于C-T组的表面粗糙度值,T-C组的表面粗糙度值为(2.48±0.62)μm,C-T组的表面粗糙度值为(3.59±0.56)μm。T-C组的树脂水门汀条带的暴露量小于C-T组的树脂水门汀条带的暴露量,T-C组暴露树脂水门汀条带宽度为(98.10±29.64)μm,C-T组暴露树脂水门汀条带宽度为(145.00±30.50)μm。差异均有统计学意义。结论:不同抛光方向抛光全瓷部分贴面后,其表面粗糙度和树脂水门汀条带暴露量存在明显差异,因此,提示临床医生在进行全瓷部分贴面抛光时,建议采用牙体向全瓷部分贴面方向的抛光方式。
Objective: To evaluate the effects of different polishing directions on the surface roughness of all ceramic partial veneer edges and the width of exposed resin cement, so as to provide reference for clinical polishing. Methods: Twenty premolars with smooth surface and intact enamel were selected after teeth preparation,partial veneers were made from lithium disilicate glass ceramic IPS E. max?Press. All the partial veneers were luted with light-cured composite resin. The EVE Diapol TWIST was used to polish the two edge lines of the same part of all the ceramic partial veneer from the tooth tissue to the restoration and from the restoration to the tooth tissue, marked as T-C group and C-T group. The micromorphology, surface roughness and exposure of resin cement were recorded and analyzed by the laser microscope, the scanning electron microscope and the dispersive energy spectrum. Results: The surface roughness of Group T-C is less than that of Group C-T, and the surface roughness of Group T-C is(2.48±0.62) μ m, the surface roughness value of Group C-T was(3.59±0.56) μ m. The exposure of resin cement in Group T-C was less than that in Group C-T, and the width of resin cement in Group T-C was(98.10±29.64) μ m. The width of exposed resin cement in Group C-T was(145.00±30.50) μ m. The differences were significant. Conclusion: After polishing partial veneers in different polishing directions, there are significant differences in the surface roughness and the exposed resin cement. Therefore, it is suggested that clinicians should adopt the polishing method from tooth to restoration when polishing all ceramic partial veneers.
