2021年广东省北美型PRRSV流行病学调查及其ORF5基因遗传进化分析 被引量:3

摘要 猪繁殖与呼吸综合征,俗称猪蓝耳病,是危害猪群健康的重要疫病。持续开展猪蓝耳病的监测,有利于掌握其流行病学,进而为疫病防控奠定基础。2021年,对广东省159家送检单位的2858份样品进行北美型猪蓝耳病病毒的检测,总检出率为12.07%(345/2858)。从345份北美型猪蓝耳病病毒阳性的样品中,获得了64条ORF5全长基因。序列分析显示,与VR2332毒株(谱系5)相近的序列有27条,与NADC30毒株(谱系1)相近的序列有16条,与GM2株(谱系3)相近的有15条,与JXA1、HuN4、TJM毒株(谱系8)相近的序列有6条。以上结果表明,广东省北美型猪蓝耳病病毒存在明显的遗传多样性,且防控难度依然很大。 Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome(PRRS),also known as porcine blue ear disease,is an important disease that endangers the health of pigs.Continuous monitoring of PRRS virus(PRRSV)is conducive to master its epidemiology and lay a foundation for its prevention and control.In 2021,2858 samples from 159 farms in Guangdong Province were tested for North American type PRRSV, with a total detection rate of 12.07% (345/2858). 64 ORF5 full-length genes were obtained from 345 North Americantype PRRSV positive samples. Sequence analysis showed that there were 27 viral sequences similar to VR2332 strain (Lineage 5), 16sequences similar to NADC30 strain (Lineage 1), 15 sequences similar to GM2 strain (Lineage 3), and 6 sequences similar to JXA1,HuN4 and TJM strains (Lineage 8). The above results indicate that signifi cant genetic diversity of North American type PRRSV exists inGuangdong province, and its prevention and control are still very difficult.
