摘要
冠状病毒(CoVs)是一种严重危害人类和动物健康的病原,主要引起宿主的呼吸道和消化道感染。如严重极性呼吸综合征(SARS)和中东呼吸综合征(MERS)均由高致病性冠状病毒感染导致。新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的全球大流行和对应致病病毒(SARS-CoV-2)的变异使抗冠状病毒药物的研究更加迫在眉睫。本文通过介绍冠状病毒复制周期,对相关的药物研究进展进行总结,为抗冠状病毒的新型药物研发提供参考。
Coronaviruses (CoVs) are important pathogens for humans and animals,usually associated with respiratory and gastro-intestinal infections.The examples of highly pathogenic coronaviruses include severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV) and Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus (MERS-CoV),which are lethal zoonotic viruses and have emerged into human populations.Therefore,there is an urgent need to develop anti-SARS-CoV-2 drugs to control the pandemic of COVID-19.Here we illustrated the viral replication cycles of coronaviruses and summarized the existing drugs in hopes of providing a reference for development of novel anti-coronavirus drugs.
