基于PLC和变频器的异步电机闭环调速系统

摘要 为了提高工业调速系统的稳态调节精度和动态抗扰性能,设计了基于PLC和变频器的异步电机闭环调速系统。给出了系统组成结构,进行了系统硬件和软件部分的设计。利用TIA Portal WinCC组态软件设计了人机交互界面,可对系统的运行状态、给定转速、实际转速等信息进行实时监控。实验结果表明,设计的闭环调速系统具有较高的稳态调速精度和动态抗扰性能,在工业调速系统中具有较好的应用价值。 In order to improve the steady-state accuracy and dynamic disturbance rejection performance of industrial speed regulation system,the closed-loop speed regulation system for asynchronous motor based on PLC and frequency converter is designed.The structure of the system is given,and the hardware and software of the system are designed.The human-machine interface is designed by TIA Portal WinCC configuration software,which can monitor the running state,given speed and actual speed of the system in real time.The experimental results show that the designed closed-loop speed regulation system has high steady-state speed regulation accuracy and dynamic disturbance rejection performance,which has good application value in industrial speed regulation system.
