介绍了直流电机调磁调压配合控制调速系统的工作原理。重点介绍了基于SSD590全数字直流调速装置实现输蔗机直流电机调磁调压配合的速度控制,从而满足输蔗机直流电机较大调速范围的要求,控制精度高,故障率低,使用效果好。
The working principle of the DC motor's magnetic and voltage regulation coordination control speed regulation system is introduced.The focus is on the speed control of the DC motor of the sugarcane conveyor based on the SSD590 all-digital DC speed control device,which can meet the requirements of a large speed regulation range of the DC motor of the sugarcane conveyor.The device has high control precision,low failure rate and good use effect.
