摘要
介绍了一种用在电动车上的超级电容+双电源控制器的组合装置,用超级电容和铅酸蓄电池构成电动车双电源,用单片机、传感器和一些低成本电子器件设计制作双电源控制器。搭建了由该组合装置、电动车、数据采集卡和笔记本电脑等组成的测试平台,在平路、上坡和下坡三种工况下进行了现场测试。通过分析、比较测试曲线,该组合装置能够实现根据电流大小进行超级电容的并入或切除,利用两种电源特性上的互补性,高效地回收电动车制动能量,减小铅酸蓄电池大电流充放电的冲击。
A combination device of super capacitor and dual power controller used in electric vehicle is introduced.The double power supply of electric vehicle is composed of super capacitor and lead-acid battery.The double power supply controller is designed and manufactured by MCU,sensor and some low-cost electronic devices.A test platform composed of the combined device,electric vehicle,data acquisition card and notebook computer is built,and field tests are carried out under three working conditions:flat road,uphill and downhill.By analyzing and comparing the test curves,the combined device can realize the incorporation or removal of supercapacitors according to the current size.Using the complementarity of the characteristics of the two power sources,the braking energy of the electric vehicle is efficiently recovered,and the impact of the high-current charging and discharging of the lead-acid battery is reduced.
