摘要
针对线圈电磁炮受线圈固定影响,发射角度范围不足的问题,设计并制作以STM32F103C8T6单片机小车为载体、发射管长度为20 cm的线圈电磁炮实验机,进行理论推导、机械设计、计算机仿真以及实验测试研究。以电磁轨道炮为例分析其优势与短板,结合单片机原理、电路分析等学科基础,提出了利用单片机小车搭载线圈电磁炮的设计思路,并利用物理、机械原理等理论知识进行了可行性分析,确定了实验车及线圈电磁炮的实际设计方案。研究结果表明,经单片机小车搭载过的线圈电磁炮依旧能够保证较为优良的发射稳定性,同时为固定的线圈电磁炮体增加了活动性,实现了小体积化线圈电磁炮的进一步应用,并验证了电压对电磁炮瞄准的作用,有助于推进电磁发射技术的实际应用发展。
The coil electromagnetic gun is affected by the fixed coil,and the launch angle range is insufficient.In response to this problem,a coil electromagnetic gun experimental machine with a STM32F103C8T6 MCU trolley as a carrier and a launch tube length of 20 cm is designed and produced.Theoretical derivation,mechanical design,computer simulation and experimental testing are carried out.Take the electromagnetic railgun as an example to analyze its advantages and disadvantages.Combined with the principles of MCU,circuit analysis and other disciplines,the design idea of using an MCU to carry a coil electromagnetic gun is proposed.The feasibility analysis is carried out by using the theoretical knowledge of physics and mechanical principles,and the actual design scheme of the experimental vehicle and the coil electromagnetic gun is determined.The research results show that the coil electromagnetic gun mounted on the trolley can still ensure relatively good launch stability,and at the same time increase the mobility of the fixed coil electromagnetic gun body,realizing the further application of the small volume coil electromagnetic gun.And the effect of voltage on the aiming of the electromagnetic gun is verified,which is helpful to promote the development of the practical application of electromagnetic launch technology.
