Reformation of Self-lubricating Integrated Filtration Device for Circulating Water Pump

华能临港(天津)燃气热电有限公司循环水泵为立式、单级单吸、转子可抽出式斜流泵,循环水泵本体装设赛龙导轴承,需经水润滑冷却。该泵自润滑冷却水装置采用叠片过滤器系统,该系统在使用过程中故障率高,频繁出现叠片过滤器漏水和循环水加压泵机封损坏现象。此次改造旨在将叠片过滤器系统改造为更为方便可靠的自清洗过滤系统,降低设备故障率,提高系统稳定性。

The circulating water pump of Huaneng Lingang(Tianjin)gas thermoelectric Co.,Ltd.is a vertical,single stage,single suction,rotor extractable inclined flow pump.The circulating water pump body is equipped with cydragon guide bearing,which needs to be lubricate and cooled by water.The self-lubricating cooling water device of the pump uses a laminated filter system.The system has a high failure rate in the process of use,and water leakage of laminated filter and mechanical seal damage of circulating water booster pump frequently occur.The purpose of this transformation is to transform the cascade filter system into a more convenient and reliable self-cleaning filter system,reduce the failure rate of the equipment and improve the stability of the system.
