Research on The Demand for Green Insurance of New Energy Industry in Shanghai under Perspective of "Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality"

新能源产业作为“双碳”目标实现的重要路径已经体现在了近年来上海推出的各项政策中,随着新能源技术的发展以及全国碳交易市场的启动,行业的风险特征出现了新的变化。针对上海能源和产业结构转型需求,调研上海氢能、太阳能光伏发电、海上风电和储能核心企业,探讨产业现状与发展瓶颈,分析新能源产业风险管理的需求,提出碳资产损失保险、新技术综合保险等创新解决方案。

As an important path to achieve the goal of“Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality”, the new energy industry has been reflected in various policies launched by Shanghai in recent years. With the development of new energy technology and the launch of the national carbon trading market, the risk characteristics of the industry have changed. In view of the needs of energy and industrial structure transformation, the author investigates the core enterprises of hydrogen energy, solar photovoltaic power generation, offshore wind power and energy storage in Shanghai. In addition, the author discusses the industrial current situation and development bottlenecks, analyzes the needs of new energy industry risk management, as well as puts forward the innovative solutions such as carbon asset loss insurance and new technology comprehensive insurance.
