上海市工业污染源全面达标排放成效分析

Analysis of Comprehensive Qualified Discharge Effectiveness for Industrial Pollution Sources in Shanghai

根据国家及上海市工业污染源全面达标计划工作要求,构建了工业污染源达标评估体系要点,依托“上海市工业污染源全面达标排放系统平台”,结合2017-2019年工业污染源全面达标排放评估及整改情况,总结企业存在的主要问题类型,并对其整改成效进行分析;从问题较为集中的工业废气和危险废物规范管理、企业自动监测数据应用等方面提出对策建议。

According to the work requirements of national and Shanghai industrial pollution source comprehensive qualified discharge plan, this paper constructs the key points of the industrial pollution source qualified evaluation system. Relying on the "Shanghai Industrial Pollution Source Comprehensive Qualified Discharge System Platform", combined with the 2017-2019 industrial pollution source comprehensive qualified discharge evaluation and rectification reform situation, this paper summarizes the types of problems exist in the enterprises, and analyzes the effectiveness of their rectification reform. Finally, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from the aspects of standardized management of exhaust gas and hazardous waste and the application of automatic monitoring data in enterprises.
