摘要 氢冶金工艺是实现零碳钢厂的重要路径,其开发成功需要在原来的碳能源体系上,重构一个以绿电、绿氢为基础能源的新供能系统,涉及原材料、终端市场、政策、经济形势等多方因素。首先简要分析了几种代表性的低碳冶金工艺,指出各自的优缺点,然后从能源供应、需求等两方面,阐述了实现氢冶金需要的能源保障,接着进一步介绍了给氢冶金工艺配套的用能装备及技术,最后总结了低碳冶金未来的发展路线。 Hydrogen metallurgy process is an important path to achieve zero carbon steel mills,and its successful development requires reconstructing a new energy supply system based on green electricity and green hydrogen on the original carbon energy system,involving raw materials,terminal markets,policies,economic situations and other factors.In this paper,firstly,several representative low-carbon metallurgical processes are briefly analyzed and their advantages and disadvantages are pointed out.Then,from the energy supply,demand and other aspects,the realization of hydrogen metallurgy needs energy security.and then further introduces the supporting energy equipment and technology for hydrogen metallurgy pro-cesses,and finally summarizes the future development route of low carbon metallurgy.
