黎明产业园区空压系统综合节能技术优化

Comprehensive Energy Saving Technology Optimization of Air Compressor System in Liming Industrial Park

摘要 以黎明产业园区空压系统为研究对象,针对园区空压系统布点多,机组利用率低,日常运行中出现的频繁加/卸载现象以及排气温度时常偏高等,对园区现有空压机进行了梳理,采取集中供气、变频改造以及空压机热能利用。改造后,系统整体效能提升明显,原系统中存在的排气温度得到合理控制。同时,热能利用部分给企业带来一定的经济创收。 Taking the air compressor system in Liming Industrial Park as the research object,the exist-ing air compressors in the park are sorted out and centralized air supply,frequency conversion renova-tion and heat energy utilization of air compressors are adopted in view of the fact that the air compres-sor system in the park has many locations,low unit utilization rate,frequent loading/unloading phenom-ena in daily operation and high exhaust temperature.After the renovation,the overall efficiency of the system has been significantly improved,and the exhaust temperature existing in the original system has been reasonably controlled.At the same time,the thermal energy utilization part brings certain eco-nomic income to the enterprise.
