摘要
进入数字化时代,发展数字技能已经成为世界各国把握数字化转型机遇的重要战略。数字技能内涵既包括掌握和运用数字技术的能力,也包括适应数字社会生活的情感、态度、素质与价值观。其要素主要涵盖数字环境通识技能、数字专业领域技能和数字社会综合技能。基于此,我国数字技能发展可以考虑通过“技能需求预测-技能现状评估-技能供给覆盖”的路径,建立起动态化、个性化、实用化的全生命周期劳动者数字技能培训体系,推动我国技能人才培养模式转型,使之能够适应数字化时代的变化。
Entering the digital age,developing digital skills has become an important strategy for countries around the world to grasp the opportunities of digital transformation.Digital skills connotate not only the ability to master and apply digital technology,but also the emotions,attitudes,competency and values needed to live in a digital society.Digital skills include three major components:general skills in the digital environment,professional skills in the digital field,and comprehensive skills in the digital society.Accordingly,to develop digital skills in China,it is suggested to establish a dynamic,practical tailor⁃made digital skills training system for workers in their whole life cycle through a process of“skills demand prediction—current skills assessment—skills supply coverage.”The technical professionals cultivating mode is hence upgraded to adapt to the changes in the digital age.
