奥林匹克虚拟赛事是国际奥委会在数字化时代背景下举办的虚拟体育赛事,借此缓解数字产业蓬勃发展、电子竞技赛事异军突起等因素对传统体育赛事的冲击。为此,借助社会发展动力理论,从虚拟赛事举办角度出发,通过技术、制度和知识三个维度,对赛事项目、参与组织和合作公司三方面对虚拟赛事进行分析,并强调数字化时代创新的重要意义,基于国际奥委会此举反思体育组织未来的发展方向,为体育组织结构变革方式提供思路与镜鉴。

The Olympic Virtual Series is a virtual sporting event organized by the International Olympic Committee in the context of the digital age to alleviate the impact of factors such as the booming development of the digital industry and the emergence of e-sports events on traditional sporting events. Based on this background,this article uses the theory of social development dynamics,from the perspective of virtual event hosting,to analyze the virtual events of projects,participating organizations and partner companies from the three dimensions of technology,system and knowledge,and emphasizes the significance of innovation in digital age. Then according to the move of the International Olympic Committee,it provides ideas and mirrors for the reform of sports organization structure in the future.
