摘要 优化2BSM210型水稻种膜覆膜直播机结构,重点对覆土传送装置、分流导向装置和镇压装置进行改进设计。通过试验、监测表明,水稻种膜覆膜直播机工作稳定性和连续性较好,工作效率高,能基本满足作业要求,但需注意播后覆土压实、提升整地质量和细化田间管理,以保证并提升覆膜直播作业效果。 The structure of 2BSM210 type rice seed film mulching machine was optimized,with emphasis on improving the design of the mulching transmission device,shunt guide device and suppression device.The test and monitoring showed that the rice seed film mulching direct seeder had good working stability and continuity,high working efficiency,and could basically meet the operation requirements.However,attention should be paid to compaction of soil after sowing,improvement of land preparation quality and refinement of field management,so as to ensure and improve the effect of mulching direct seeding.
