Information dissemination and communication,as an important way to promote agricultural science and technology,plays an important role in changing farmers'values and improving farmers'production skills.This paper introduces the position of agricultural science and technology extension personnel in agricultural information dissemination and communication,analyzes the obstacle factors affecting information dissemination and communication,and puts forward some countermeasures,such as strengthening farmer education and training and purifying agricultural material market environment.
